Trauma can take many forms. Sometimes a single event brings life to a halt, and other times it’s the buildup of many painful moments that leave you feeling lonely, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.

In trauma therapy, I help untangle the pain and negative beliefs that keep so many people feeling isolated. Even if you’re unsure whether to call your experiences ‘trauma,’ that’s okay — we can figure that out together as we begin the healing process.

While I work with a wide range of trauma, I have specialized training and experience in medical trauma counseling. This includes support for life-changing diagnoses, traumatic hospitalizations, pregnancy and birth complications, ICU and hospice trauma, and the lasting impact of the pandemic. My goal is to come alongside you with compassion and help you move toward healing and wholeness.
