You’ve got questions?
Good. I’ve got answers.

My office is in the Berry Hill neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee in a cozy ranch home converted to therapy offices. We do have an ADA accessible ramp available for clients needing extra assistance entering our space.
-
Yes and yes! My preference is for in person therapy, especially for couple’s work. Feel free to email me and ask about current availability for in person sessions.

My hourly rate is $160 for a 50 minute counseling session, both in-person and virtually. I’m currently an out-of-network provider, meaning you will need to contact your insurance company to see what your benefits are for out-of-network services. I don’t want finances to be a barrier to your care- if you are in need of sliding scale, please reach out and we can make a plan together on getting you the care you need.
-
I have a firm 48 hour cancellation policy for all sessions; if you cancel prior to this window, there will be no charge for session. If you need to cancel within this window I do charge the full rate of session if we are unable to reschedule you within the same week.

Unfortunately, I only allow registered service animals into our space; this is to protect other clients with allergen sensitivities or aversion to animals. Pictures of your pet are more than welcome.

IIn January of 2022, Tennessee legislators enacted the No Surpises Act and Good Faith Estimate to protect people receiving medical services outside of insurance from receiving surprise bills for their care.
Mental health services are considered a medical service under this act. Therefore, you have the right to receive an estimate for the expected cost of psychotherapy services provided to you. This Good Faith Estimate is provided when you first begin therapy and are completing intake paperwork in your client portal. Given the individualized nature of therapy, it is not possible to know in advance how many sessions are needed or approprirate for any given person. Your total cost of services will depend on your individual circumstances, your therapy goals, the number of sessions you attend, and the type and amount of services provided to you. It is important to know the Good Faith estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain services from me.
